Built with excellence in mind, the NXT Black Label Pro II medium-fast action fly rod gives beginners and experts the power to drive the line where you want for accurate casting and flattens the learning curve in both fresh and saltwater making it rewarding and easy to use right out of the case.  The matte black rods with half wells (5-weight) or full wells (8-weight, with a fighting butt), have grips made from reconstituted cork for extreme durability, aluminum oxide stripping guides, chromium-impregnated stainless-steel snake guides, and an anodized aluminum up-locking reel seat. NXT Black Label Kits include a matching cast aluminum NXT BLK II (5-weight) or III (8-weight) size reel with a stainless-steel alternating disc drag system, comes loaded with 20-pound Dacron backing. The premium weight forward floating line with welded front loop and looped tapered leader allows the angler to feel the rod load and deliver a fly quickly. The rods break down easily and compactly to fit into the cordura travel case making this kit travel ready.
